Mark Sanchez will take the helm of the New York Jets’ offense as starting quarterback for the first time in his whole NFL career when they face the Baltimore Ravens in the second week of NFL preseason betting.
And it’s a well deserved reward after his excellent performance against the St. Louis Rams, his debut.
The Mexican quarterback will get his first start in Baltimore, as was announced during practice on Sunday at SUNY Cortland. He will be taking the place of Kellen Clemens, a provisionary QB. Sanchez completed three of four passes for an 88 yard offensive that spanned 8 plays and ran a total of 93 yards. The NFL made a decision to suspend Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte Stallworth after he declared himself guilty of manslaughter for killing a pedestrian in Miami while driving under the influence of alcohol.
Until February of 2010, Stallworth is prohibited from any team activities. NFL betting news Last year he signed a contract with the Cleveland Browns for 7 years and 35 million dollars.
